Primary purpose

The primary purpose of the Accelerate Institution Relations Coordinator (USA) is to assist in the onboarding process of a newly partnered Institution onto the Accelerate Platform. Once the onboarding process is complete, the IRC will continue to build and nurture a service-based relationship to ensure a successful partnership is maintained. The role works across divisions including Relationship Management, MarComms, Recruitment, Admissions and Conversion to deliver targeted services to maintain long-lasting, successful institutional relationships.

 

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new Institution partnerships onto the EduCo Accelerate platform
  • Maintain the client relationship between EduCo Accelerate and designated Institutions
  • Reinforce and support the overall Accelerate value proposition with Institution partners in order to provide optimal results and secure follow-on contract extensions
  • Maintain communication with designated Institutions
  • Provide timely, responsive services to designated Institutions
  • Ensure timely referral is made as required to other departments within the Accelerate team
  • Identify issues and needs and respond to them in a timely manner
  • Understand the key needs of each Institution, and develop and recommend strategies to respond to these needs and any issues which may arise
  • Assist in organising appropriate training and webinars between Institution and Agent network
  • Manage the EduCo Accelerate international student recruitment pipeline on behalf of the institution
  • Produce timely reports as required by the institution.

 

Qualifications, experience & technical skills

Qualifications, technical skills and experience required of this role include:

  • 1 year of experience in the international education sector
  • 1 year of experience tracking, evaluating, and managing data for multiple accounts
  • 1 year of experience in customer care or relationship and account management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Background and experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple accounts
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised college or university.

Primary purpose

The purpose of the Regional Manager is to onboard agents onto the Accelerate platform.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

1. Working closely with the recruitment agents, provide login and user training agents for the Accelerate platform

2. Act as the primary contact point for agents seeking support in using the platform

3. Provide training on the Accelerate institutions and how to prepare applications for submission through Accelerate

4. Provide reports on agent feedback and onboarding progress

5. Generate target of apps/commencements

6. Conduct a minimum of 20 agent sales events per week to promote the platform

7. Increase productivity of agents that are already actively sending applications/enrolments to Accelerate schools

8. Work with inactive and new agencies to get them to send applications/enrolments to Accelerate schools.

Primary purpose

The overall purpose of the role is to assist in achieving EduCo budgets for the volume, quality and diversity of students in EduCo’s institutions in line with targets by taking care of business relationships between EduCo and its recruitment partners and in supporting the development and execution of the sales and marketing plan of EduCo -Africa. The person will be primarily in charge of ensuring that pre and post-offer conversion targets are achieved.

 

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Maintains effective relationships with partner education agents and other clients
    • Respond within 1 hour to agent inquiries from phone calls, emails, events, etc. and resolve agent issues to champion the EduCo brand of customer service.
    • Ensure that agents are updated with new EduCo products, promotions and study destinations through email campaigns and follow up phone calls.
  2. Responsible for monitoring sales pipeline and improve conversion to achieve targets
    • Keep track of the students in the pipeline by running reports on outstanding applications and identify low sales cycle rates within the funnel.
    • Follow up with agents and students through phone or Skype calls the status of pending applications, enrolments and visa applications to help increase conversion, grant and yield rates within the sales pipeline.
    • Send emails to applicants in the pipeline containing more valuable information about EduCo institutions that may help in converting them to enrolments.
  3. Coordination with other departments and offices across all EduCo institutions
    • Ensure that all student application documents are complete and have complied with the admission requirements specific to the EduCo institution the student is applying for.
    • Monitor all offer letters and CoE/LoA requests and follow up with admissions/IRM if pending requests are beyond the accepted turnaround time.
    • Coordinate with EduCo Sales Operations with regards to agent contracting to make sure that all the contracts and deliverables are met on time.

 

Position KPIs

  1. Effective and reliable response in real-time (1hr)
  2. Pre-assessing and processing sales/application within the day (0.5 days)
  3. Quality of students recruited (90% admitted Rate)
  4. Conversion and yield rates
  5. Agent satisfaction survey
  6. Agent productivity
  7. Accurate and updated reports and trackers

This role will require the incumbent to perform the duties on site on campus or in the physical office. At the direction of the company, this role may from time to time be required to work remotely, (away from the physical office location). Regardless of work location key targets, tasks, goals and projects must be delivered in accordance with position description and area or entity OGSM (Objective, Goals, Strategies and Measures).

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant bachelor degree in Business or Marketing

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and strong email and time management skills
  • Highly proficient with a range of software packages including Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of graphics software like Photoshop or Corel is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service or sales-oriented industry
