The overall purpose of the Contact Centre Team Leader position is to enhance team performance and maximise customer  satisfaction by strategically managing all inbound and outbound calls and implementing process improvements. This contributes  to the attainment of student budgets through increased conversion and satisfied customers (agents and students).

  • Hiring, training, coaching and leading both inbound and outbound CSO teams as they provide support to agents and students
  • Develops systems/processes for customer interaction and control the implementation process
  • Ensures the team is meeting its target post offer conversion KPIs and target number of contacts made in a given period
  • Ensures CSOs are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective actions, as needed
  • Develops and implements inter-department communication processes that allow the immediate resolution of customer issues and queries
  • Develops and implements processes aimed at recommending alternate courses/insitutions to rejected student applicants and resolving all other enrolment variation cases
  • Develops and continuously improve scripts and communication templates that the team will be using for all communication scenarios

Primary purpose:

The overall purpose of the role is to assist in achieving EduCo budgets for the volume, quality and diversity of students in EduCo’s institutions in line with targets by taking care of business relationships between EduCo and its recruitment partners and in supporting the development and execution of the customer service and conversion strategies. The person will be primarily in charge of ensuring that pre and post offer conversion targets are achieved.

  1. Maintains effective relationships with partner education agents and other clients
    •  Respond within 1 hour to agent inquiries from phone calls, emails, events, etc. and resolve agent issues to champion the EduCo brand of customer service.
    • Ensure that agents are updated with new EduCo products, promotions and study destinations through email campaigns and follow up phone calls.
  2. Responsible in monitoring sales pipeline and improve conversion to achieve targets
    • Keep track of the students in the pipeline byrunning reports on outstanding applications and identify low sales cycle rate within the funnel.
    • Follow up with agents and students through phone or Skype calls the status of pending applications, enrolments and visa applications to help increase conversion, grant and yield rates within the sales pipeline.
    • Send emails to applicants in the pipeline containing more valuable information about EduCo institutions that may help in converting them to enrolments.
  3. Coordination with other departments and offices across all EduCo institutions
    • Ensure that all student application documents are complete and have complied with the admission requirements specific to the EduCo institution the student is applying for
    • Monitor all offer letters and CoE/LoA requests and follow up with admissions/IRM if pending requests are beyond the accepted turnaround time.

The Sales Operations Officer is primarily responsible for monitoring the statuses of student applications and updating enrolment statuses of applications submitted to EduCo Accelerate Partner Institutions and for disseminating partner information (program and entry requirements updates from the universities etc.)to EduCo recruitment and conversion teams. Sales Operations Officer will need to understand the educational systems of the countries which source international students to US and Ireland Universities.

  • Monitor statuses of student applications via Agent portals, individual student portals, institution reports and/or emails
  • Update enrolment statuses in Accelerate and Salesforce for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate Applications, from application to commencement, and perform ad hoc duties
  • Effectively communicate application-specific updates and additional requirements from EduCo Accelerate partner institutions to the conversion teams
  • Forward updates from Portal, letter of offer, letter of acceptance and any other admission documents to relevant EduCo recruitment/conversion staff with the aim of rapidly converting students
  • Forward pertinent student documents to partner institutions via agent portal, student portal, emails or other means as required by the institution
  • Effectively communicate change of agent requests to EduCo Accelerate Partner Institution
  • Respond to inquiries within the required turnaround time
  • Provide a customer focused quality evaluation and advisory service to prospective and current students, agents and the public, generally on all aspects of the University’s admission requirements, policies, procedures and entry pathways
  • Be accountable for data integrity of student records in the Salesforce, University Website and any other systems.

Primary purpose:

The primary purpose of the Recruitment Manager (RM) is to increase the volume, quality and diversity of students enrolling at EduCo’s U.S. partner universities in accordance with targets for the assigned regions of responsibility. To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for account management of the local agent network to increase agent productivity in terms of applications and enrolments to partner universities.

  1. Agent Relationship Management
    • Maintain excellent relationships with current recruitment agents within region(s) of responsibility
    • Grow the number of active agents to exceed application and enrolment targets
    • Management and growth of agent productivity tiering (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Emerging)
    • Provide ongoing training, product information and relevant university promotion to agents, in line with agent tiering system, incentive programs and Key Account Management (KAM) plans
    • Research, analyse and recommend new agency agreements for signing
    • Monitor agent and student feedback and report to EduCo to assist product and service development
  2. Recruitment and Promotion
    • Research and provide recommendations for annual regional Recruitment Plans, recruitment and marketing activities and expenditure budgets
    • Organise participation in agent, government, feeder events and specific university promotional events including seminars, interview sessions and exhibitions (where approved) in line with business needs
    • Attend and represent EduCo USA at industry networking functions
    • Research and report on the effectiveness of marketing and promotional campaigns (return on investment)
    • Manage involvement in social media campaigns in coordination with Director of Recruitment and EduCo Marketing
  3. Client Liaison
    • Provide proactive and responsive communication with clients (agents, parents, feeders and students) regularly through the recruitment cycle to maximize conversion rates from enquiry, application, acceptance and commencement in line with overall Conversion process
    • Conduct conversion reporting on outstanding applications and contact students, feeders and agents via email , social media channels, and phone to progress the application to the next step in the enrollment process
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and relationships where relevant, with in-market government organizations including embassies, trade commissions and visa offices
  4. Feeder Institution Relationship Management
    • Research and identify institutions with potential to supply prospective application for recommendation to EduCo USA leadership
    • Initiate and maintain active relationships with feeder institutions (high schools/bachelor’s programs)
    • Initiate recommendations and introductions for recruitment programs such as scholarship arrangements, articulation agreements and ongoing promotional activities with feeders
  5. Research, Reporting, Administration and Compliance
    • Compile regular agent and student recruitment reports to monitor application and enrollment generation progress compared against targets
    • Gather feedback on market conditions including competitors, industry trends and opportunities for EduCo USA to inform marketing strategy and to increase recruitment numbers
    • Manage approved regional marketing budget provisions and accurately report expenditure
    • Ensure agents comply with all regulatory requirements and have access to appropriate information for them to maintain compliance
    • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities conducted on behalf of EduCo USA and its partner universities are ethical and comply with all relevant local, international and company-wide legislation/policy and campus specific approval processes in line with regulatory obligations

The Manager of Enrollment and Conversion position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement to a self-driven individual who is passionate about international student recruitment via off-shore study abroad agencies and direct-to-customer initiatives in India, which is EduCo’s largest market.

The successful applicant will drive higher yield rate of admitted students across all USA White-Glove partners through (1) in-person events specific to our current agents who have successful admitted students in the pipeline; (2) Lead a team of our Enrollment Specialists to ensure that all students in our pipeline have been catered to in terms of reaching out via phone call or zoom meetings; (3) Regularly analyze data sets that will assist in having an informed decision as to who are the students that need to be prioritized based on their current application/enrollment status; (4) In collaboration with our campus coordinators, create events that guide our admitted students to ensure their enrollment.
