It has been a fruitful month for our SCU Recruitment Teams in China, Nepal and Sri Lanka; they have undertaken a number of successful recruitment events to support all of the fantastic local marketing and recruitment initiatives that have been established by SCU representatives in these regions.
Our National Recruitment Director, Kim Burdett, travelled to all three countries this month to maintain and build on SCU’s strong presence and to focus on quality partnerships for scalable growth.
Kim’s first stop was China, to visit our top agents and to run agent workshops in Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Wuhan, in conjunction with Annie Gu, EduCo’s Regional Manager for East China.
From there Kim traveled to Nepal, spending time with Supriya Chitrakar, EduCo’s In-country Product Specialist, and our key partners in Kathmandu.
The roadshow culminated in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with a well-attended and highly informative Partner Training and Appreciation Dinner hosted by Chami Jayamaha, Country Head (Sales and Marketing), and special attendance of Muhammad Ali Butt, VP – Sales and Marketing.
Following fantastic feedback on the ground, we are pleased to say that the EduCo – SCU Partnership is in a wonderful position for future growth.
Next month, Kim will be travelling to Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, to continue these all-important in-country engagements in South East Asia and looks forward to meeting many of our key partners during this visit. It’s important that we focus on the quality of our partnerships moving forward, so that we can continue to provide the best support possible to both our agents and students.
