NJIT ranks #1 in animation, Duquesne #22 in nursing, UMBC #82 in computer science

Three of EduCo’s partner universities in the United States – New Jersey Institute of Technology, Duquesne University and University of Maryland, Baltimore County – have climbed up the ranking scales once again.

New Jersey Institute of Technology

NJIT was ranked #1 among New Jersey institutions offering animation programs and #28 nationally in the 2019 Animation School Rankings published by Animation Career Review. It is also ranked #13 among institutions with animation-related Bachelor of Arts programs and placed #19 on the East Coast which is composed of animation schools and colleges in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, Georgia and Florida, among others.
Its computer science program is also ranked #91 in the U.S. News & World Report Graduate School 2020 Rankings. Overall, NJIT is ranked #89 among the best engineering schools in the United States.

Duquesne University

Duquesne University, which is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, placed #22 for the first time this year in its master’s degree in a nursing specialty program, Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner.
It also climbed 29 spots to claim #57 this year in its Doctor of Nursing Practice program. Both programs were cited in the U.S. News & World Report 2020 Rankings.

University of Maryland, Baltimore County

UMBC’s master’s degree program in computer science placed #82 out of over 1,000 programs evaluated in the U.S. News & World Report 2020 Rankings. Its master’s degree program in computer engineering also climbed up to #111. These awards reinforced the UMBC Graduate School’s commitment to hone future software developers, software engineers and programmers.
