EduCo’s partner institution, NJIT, has had its computer science program ranked as the best in the United States and the second best globally, according to the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR).
To create their list, CWUR factors in the quality of education and training; the quality of faculty members; alumni employment upon graduation; publications, citations and influence the program has in its field; the broader impact on society; and patent filings. They do not rely on surveys or university data submissions.
The Department of Computer Science is part of the Ying Wu College of Computing Sciences, the largest school at NJIT. Students are able to commence studying computer sciences as part of their bachelor’s degree or study one of the following graduate programs:
- Master of Science in Cyber Security and Privacy
- Master of Science in Software Engineering
- Master of Science in Bioinformatics
- Master of Science in Computing and Business
The mission of the Department of Computer Science is to provide students with a theoretical and applied education, which will train them to solve real-world problems.
