Technology focus with emphasis on practical career outcomes
Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin) was established in 2019 through a merger of the Dublin Institute of Technology, Institute of Technology Tallaght and Institute of Technology Blanchardstown.
The historic merger made it Ireland’s first Technological University, a three-campus institution that is practically focused on educating its students to find a job and develop a satisfying and rewarding career.
TU Dublin is committed to transforming its students into socially responsible, open-minded future citizens who will share their innovative ideas into marketable and useful products or services – and become daring leaders ready to play their part in creating a better future.
The University offers much more than academic learning, with a wide-range of sports and social clubs providing students with time to enjoy a vibrant campus life.
With 28,000 students from 85 countries, TU Dublin is one of the biggest and most diverse higher education institutions in the country.
