Step 1

Choose the appropriate email signature type for you. When the page opens, copy the entire email signature template by simply dragging your mouse pointer across the template until it is highlighted entirely, and either pressing Ctrl + C (Windows) / Cmd + C (Apple) on your keyboard or right-clicking your mouse and selecting Copy.

Choose this email signature if you have one contact number only.
Choose this email signature if you have two contact numbers.

Step 2

Open your email settings. If you’re using Gmail*, select Settings (the gear icon) then click the See all settings button.

Step 3

If you’re using Gmail*, under the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section. In the Signature field, paste the email template you’ve chosen in Step 1. To paste, either press Ctrl + V (Windows) / Cmd + V (Apple) on your keyboard or right-click your mouse and select Paste.

Step 4

Edit the details of your email signature as needed. In the Signature defaults section just below the Signature field, make sure the name is the same as what you have edited selected.

Step 5

Test your email signature by sending yourself or someone else an email.

*If you are using a different email client (e.g. Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and are having trouble with setting up your email signature, contact [email protected] or [email protected].
